At KAILASFUGA, we stand by the performance of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

  Ship the Gear

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
